Ski training program organized

Khumbila Samrakshan Prathistan (Khumbila Foundation) in collaboration with Jean-Michel Jorda (Imal Prod), Glen Plake and Paul Mathieu Frisch (Ski instructors) organized Nepal Guide Mountain Ski training program for the first time in Nepal from November 21 and 26 in Manang.

The program was supported by Nepal Ski Association and Nepal Mountaineering Association.

Khumbila Foundation initiated this program in tune with their mission to strengthen capacity of Nepali Mountain guides. The training was organized in Chulu Glacier in the Annapurna Region in Manang district. Man Bahadur Khatri, Sonam Lama, Dhurba Bista, Prakash Chandra Sundash, Zhangbu Sherpa and Pasang Lama participating in the training, according to a press release issued by Khumbila Foundation.
