The tour to Mt. Everest Base Camp consists of two parts: the first
part begins with two hours flight over the Trans Himalayan from
Kathmandu Lhasa and excursion in Lhasa including Sera Monastery,
Derpung, Norbulingka, Jokhang. Then drive to Gyantse, Shigatse and
Tingri via Sakya Monastery, the seat of the Sakyapa school of Tibetan
Buddhism. Second part of trip continue the journey from Tingri to
Rongbuk, short hiking from Rongbuk Monastery bring you to Mt. Everest
Base and back to Rongbuk. On the return journey to Kathmandu enter
to Nepal from Zhangmu boarder.
ITINERARY : :
Day 01. Arrival at Kathmandu. Day 02. Kathmandu - Sight seeing.
Day 03. Kathmandu - Lhasa flight. Day 04 - 12. Tour in Lhasa and
drive to Everest Base Camp and drive to Kathmandu. Day 13 - 14.
Kathmandu - Free day or Sight seeing. Day 15. Departure from Kathmandu.
